If he is a total liability in run and isn't suitable as a OLB, then we can't draft him because then he would be just a 1 down specialist and you don't take that type at 15. Orakpo is fairly likely to be there at 15 and would probably be the safest pick for us and with the added benefit of perhaps stopping the horns fans from sniveling that we never pick their guys.
I think he killed that idea, at least for me., he ran 4.78 a little slow for a OLB in my book. OK for a DE.

I will admit, I have no clue what to do at 15 if they keep the pick.

I have no clue either. That's why I'm starting to hope we don't try to solve our DE problem in the first round. There doesn't seem to be a good fit for us who is worth the fifteenth pick and will still be available. If there is, then great. But if not, we should go BPA. I am starting to want us to try to get a solid pass rusher in a later round or in free agency.

Maybin isn't too slow for a 3-4. TSuggs ran the same time and he's been successful in a 3-4. And, no way Suggs could still run that same time.

If somehow Orakpo slipped to 15, I'd take him in a heartbeat! I think he looks great. I also like Maybin there. But, I'm almost always predisposed to trade down.

I have Cushing rated a little higher, but I would be happy with Matthews.

Boy, I really hope we can pull off a trade down into the 20s or even lower. It seems very difficult to separate these prospects once the top 2 OTs are gone, along with ACurry, Crabtree, Raji, and maybe Orakpo.
