Great QBs are almost all noted for their cool head on the field. Unflappable is the most common word used. You just can't have your field general worried more about showing up a defensive player than he is about winning football games.
I have to admit, I hated Rivers when he first came into the league because of his hot-headness. I thought he'd fail miserably. However, over the last two years he seems to have calmed down and I'd take him over Cutler now. Rivers actually looks to be growing into a leader and someone who could carry his team, whereas, Cutler looks to be just a gunner who thinks more highly of himself than others do.
