On the official site they have an article on the draft. In that article they talk openly about the 4 guys they targeted to play LT.

The Texans had been targeting Boise State's Ryan Clady, Vanderbilt's Chris Williams, Virginia's Branden Albert and Brown. The first three were off the board by the team’s 18th pick.

I don't think I have ever heard a team state by name the guys they wanted by name ahead of the player they selected. That is a new one for me.

If you do not read the article at the official site I recommend it, and watch the videos sometimes you can learn somethings. BTW in the video you get the tone that is hard to get from the written quotes.
