I did an article on this awhile ago, but this system, dating back to the Bronco days, seems to take a QB 3 years to really become effective in it. Not to say there can't be some earlier success, of course, but it's the 3rd year that showed a jump.

Next year will be T.J.'s 3rd year. I just have not seen enough improvement in his 2nd camp to make me think that this next leap is coming. And I had referenced QBs with better pedigree's than T.J. in that article (Cutler, Plummer, and Griese, not to mention Schaub...).
