Not for VY here at all.
VY needs a good, fair, but strong head coach, if he is going to succeed, maybe Andy Reid in Philly would have the right balance to deal with VY. I think head coach Fisher is part of this problem as well. Everyone is different. Who was Vic's mentor, VY needs someone like that to help him mature for sure.
