Default For You Earl Campbell Fans - A Flashback

ESPN.com Page 2

To be honest, this isn't the highlight against Rice I best remember. I remember the one where he scored a touchdown and his momentum carried him right into Bevo who was standing beyond the end line. The steer shook his head back and forth a few times as if he had taken as good a shot from Earl as Michael Downs does here. I wonder if that clip is anywhere on YouTube?

Found the Earl vs Bevo clip at http://www.jcdenton40.com/

about 3rd page of entries under Classic UT Highlights.

I think there is a free version of Real Player you can download if needed.

Great find. Says it requires RealPlayer which I don't use but the site was worth bookmarking. Thanks.

BTW-There was a recently released Earl DVD that was pretty damn good. Not much in the way of new material, but a ton of highlights and a couple of good interviews with Joe Green and Willie Nelson.

If your a big Earl fan then you have probably seen it all before, but it's one I'm glad is in my collection...of course I drew and oil derrick and a 34 of the side of my toy helmet when I was kid and run around in the backyard headbutting trees...which could explain a lot.
