Default Steve McKinney is now a Dolphin

I wish Steve well. He gave us good service and worked hard. Now when we play him though, may he have such a rash on his scrotum such that he can barely walk.

From what I gathered from those videos on the ZBS, a lot depends on the OC. McKinney at 32 was long in the tooth to try to pick up on this system the way that Gibbs wants it done, IMO.

The Broncos Tom Nalen at 'bout 36 is still "pickin up" on the ZBS, so I don't think age is the key factor for being a success in the Gibbs system.
