Colts' Tony Dungy Retires; Replaced by Jim Caldwell [Plus Other Coaching Changes?]

Given the internal replacement in Caldwell, I'm not sure this has an immediate impact to the Colts' chances in 2009, but a change seems like it ought to weaken them, right?

I think it has to. Maybe Caldwell is all that and a bag of chips. Who knows. IMO opinion Dungy was a "special" person and I think the Colts have to suffer from that.

Also, Schwartz leaving the Titans should weaken them. Just let DelRio be Delrio and that should weaken the Jags.

Haynesworth will be more of a factor than Swartz. Fisher is the real DC there.

Pension changes seem to be forcing the old Colts coaches into retirement.
