The Texans' LBs are simply a non-factor. On the TD Cushing was blown out of the play by a single block and Bentley and Diles both missed MJD on the way in.

On 2nd and 14, Schaub chunks it out of bounds inc. but flag on the play. Offsides Jags. Makes it 2nd and 9 again.

Pass to KW gets 9 at the Texans 29. 3rd and 1 coming up.

Foster gets the 1. 1st down.

Schaub nearly sacked throws inc to Dreessen. 2nd and 10 coming up.

Foster for no gain. 3rd and 10 coming up.

Jeez, Turk shanks it - 21 yard punt. Ball at the Jags 45.

MJD for 8. 2nd and 2 coming up.

MJD for 3. 1st down.

Pass to Lewis good for 5 yds. to the Texans 40.

Pass to Lewis (?) good for 13. Ball at the Texans 27, 1st down.

Oh man, pass to MJD goes for about 8 but Nolan does a late hit out of bounds. Puts the ball at the Texans 9, 1st and goal.

MJD runs it in for the TD.

Jags 17, Texans 3

38 seconds left in the half.

Was that series of rushing plays by the Jags featuring the bowling ball on
DC Smith ? No it was on the Texans DLine and LBs who were playing 8 in the box on most plays but were powerless to stop the Jags, even they knew what was coming. It's not Frank Smiths fault, this team doesn't just lack DBs, it doesn't have the horses up front either.

There is no reason for a professional punter who gets paid a million dollars a year to suck so badly. This team is terrible in every facet. Matt Turk just gave the Jags free points.

If he's not shanking the ball he's booming it through the end zone. I always think about Bill Parcells. He would simply not tolerate this sort of nonsense. Kubiak is totally out of his depth.

WOW this is a terrible team. Now even the offense is starting to suck. This game is over. The only thing I will be rooting for the rest of the game is more MJD TDs for my fantasy team.... Come one MJD!!! Keep shredding that sorry defense!!

First of all, the Texans should have sat on the ball to end the half rather than risk a pick six. Instead, they irresponsibly threw the ball twice. Then they went to the locker room with three time outs. If you're going to run the two minute offense why not use the TOs?

This is a team with no clue at all. It is unreal how the owner can watch this and think everything's just fine.

I think it was masked by our terrible secondary. The couple of times teams tried to run on us (Giants and Chiefs) they were able to gash us as well.

Gonna be a looong winter

How the hell do you know he thinks its fine? Because he hasn't fired the coach midseason? What in God's name is that going to do?

He gave that idiot an extension last year, dude. I promise you McNair does not think Kubiak is a problem.

Our whole offense relies on the play fake. That is messed up. Because our offense looks like shit if the play fake isn't working....
