I'm still trying to figure out how we can have Tampa Bay on our pre-season schedule every year but NOT the Cowboys. I think I get it though. The networks and NFL want to showcase the Cowboys every week, even in pre-season, so regional rivalries take a back seat to those matchups the NFL sees as more profitable. The Cowboys are just too big for Texas.
BTW, has Jerrah found a corporate sponsor for his new palace yet? I still hope it is McDonald's because of the arches that hold up the retractable roof. Paint the arches yellow and - voila! - instant marketing tie-in. |

I hope the Cowboys don't get a McD's sponsorship. Maybe AIG would hook them up with naming rights. ![]()

Actually this is the first year that we havent played dallas in the preseason or reg season. Evidently there is an issue with scheduling and the new stadium.

MNF aside, I am stoked about getting games 2 and 3 at home. Should be a lot of fun, at least as far as a fake game goes, of course.

Third game the one the starters play in for a 'half - 3 quarters and that being the MNF game with the Vikings it should hold some national interest not to
mention a pretty keen eye from Texan & Viking fans. |
