Which in my experience means, I am not drafting him so I will talk him up. I hope I am wrong, I think I was the 1st or 2nd one on his bandwagon after the Shrine game.

I saw Kubiak's video and did not hear the question, so was not aware of who he was talking about. I guess I need to go back and read the quotes now.
