The Klecko number is actually the result of Philly using the infamous "Philly Loophole" to the extreme, i.e. it reflects $10 million of LTBE bonuses that the player was never going to fulfill, thus pushing the money to next year's cap as a credit. So, yes, Joe Banner still has a job

Now explain to me why we did not want to hire any of the Philly front office people? Talk about found money. That is how the haves always stay the haves.

fyi - while the franchise and transition figures are accurate, there is another amateur capologist like myself that is questioning the accuracy of the individual players listed in the quote above. I tend to believe him. So even though NFL.com is reporting this, they might not have the right inputs reflected.
