He's probably overpaid based on the fact that he doesn't make a lot of big plays and that is what has drawn most of the criticism from the fans. The coaches have always seemed very pleased with him. One of the coaches last year had some quote about what a professional he is, how he is always in the right spot and what a hard worker he is, Always in the film room(with Demeco)...I think there was even something about that's how he would want his son to act.
