A guy I'd love to take in the low rounds and let him IR his knee the first year and test him in 2020 to see if he has what he showed in 2017. At Stanford, he had speed, elusiveness, receiving skills and could also get tough inside.

I would also agree with this plan. Sorry he hurt his knee, but why not take a flyer on him. He had 1st-2nd round talent before the injury. His loss is the Texans gain.
