Texans outlook for 2017

I don't get the doom and gloom stuff at all. I mean, the quarterback play literally could not get any worse. They'll get back the guy who's been the best player in the league over the last three to five years... I don't know, I know I'm a well known sunshine pumper but I don't see why the Texans can't be among the better teams in the conference.
