Nice catch on the errant pass by Dhop. Gain of 8.
Blue powers for 5 and the 1st down. Pass to B Miller off the mark, inc. Blue caught for loss of 3. 3rd and 13 coming up. Texans use a timeout (#2). ----------------------------------------------- On 3rd and 13 at the Jag 39, pass to Dhop along the sideline draws the PI but the Texans get caught for hands to the face. Offsetting, replay the down. Pass to Fido gets 7......... Texans to go for the FG. Novak's 49-yarder peels off wide left, no good. Score remains: Texans 14, Jags 7 9 minutes left in the half.

On 2nd and 10, pass to Thomas gets 2. Brings up 3rd and 8 with 57 seconds left in the half. Bortles pressured, scrambles away for a gain of about 10 or so and the 1st down. Dumpoff to Yeldon gets 7. 41 seconds left in the half. Pass to Lee off the mark, inc. 3rd and 3 coming up. Quick pass to Lee is broken up, inc. Jags going for it on 4th and 3. Bortles pass almost picked by Demps but inc. Texans takeover on downs at their 40 yard line.

What was that last series about ? O'Brien didn't even act like he was interested in getting into position and salvaging any points, like maybe a FG from 40 or 35 yards ? Sure Novak can't hit if from 50 but maybe he can from 35.
It gets more and more discouraging watching Osweiler. I almost wished he had a gotten nicked up from the out of bounds hit from the Jags defender so they would have to bring in Savage for a few plays.
