Federal Express is bribing the Big XII to include Memphis but I'm not sure if that will be enough.

UH got endorsement from Gov. Abbott and UT president Fenves. I'd say they are almost a lock.

The most qualified in terms of program strength and market appeal is BYU but there are also roadblocks about travel and how well the Mormon university will fit in with the others.

UCF and USF offer a great location for recruiting (central Florida) in a growth area of the country but there's no tradition and no proximity to other schools unless they add both.

Cincinnati and Memphis offers a partner location for West Virginia. UConn offers the northeast US media markets and a storied basketball program.

Colorado St. offers the Denver metro media market and a partner for BYU if the Cougars are accepted.

If I were to guess, it will be UH and BYU or UH and Memphis.
