Short pass to Hop goes for 7. Polk goes for 3 but holding on the Texans backs it up, -10. Makes it 2nd and 14 coming up. Pass to Shorts gets 14 and the 1st down. Ball at the Bills 47. Blue for about 4. Eeesh, Hoyer gets sacked. Loss of 11. Pass to Hop is dropped, inc. Texans will have to punt. Punt is fair caught at the Bill 13, flag is down..... penalty on the Texans for ineligible downfield added to the end of the play. Places the ball at the Bill 19.

Screen to McCoy goes for about 3 but holding on Bills = 1/2 the distance, makes it 1st and 19. McCoy for 3. 2nd and 16 coming up. Pass to McCoy broken up by Mercilus, inc. 3rd and 16 coming up. Bills rush for about 6 on 3rd down. Bills have to punt..... Punt is fair caught at the Texan 39.

Shorts takes the snap and goes left for 1. Pass to Washington gets 13 and the 1st down. Pass to Washington gets 5. 2nd and 5 coming up. Polk runs for 5, 1st down. Texans use a timeout. Hoyer keeps for nice gain. Ball at the Bill 22. Blue for 3. Pass to Grimes goes all the way inside the 5 but flags are down....illegal block in the back on Griffin ........ticky tack.... 2nd and 5 coming up... Pass to Washington gets 4 or so..... Makes it 3rd and 1. Hoyer keeps for the 1 and the 1st down. Ball at the Bills 11. Flat pass to Polk goes for the TD! Late flag on the play....Unsportmanlike on Hop will be enforced on the kickoff. Bills bring the kickoff back to their 29. ---------------------------------------------------------- Bills' ball at their 29. Deep pass to Watkins goes for 53. Bills use a timeout with 3:09 left in the half. McCoy runs to the 12 yard line. 2nd and 4 coming up. Taylor's pass into the endzone goes inc. 3rd and 4 coming up. Taylor keeps up the gut for the 1st down at the 6 yard line. 1st and goal. 2 minute warning. ------------------------------------------- McCoy sweeps right for maybe 1. 2nd and goal coming up. Direct snap to McCoy goes to the 2. 3rd and goal coming up. Bills use a timeout. Pass to Woods goes for the TD. Bills 21, Texans 13 30 seconds left in the half. Bills are playing smart and just about everything is working.... Texans gotta have some turnovers in the 2nd half...

I understand holding could get called on every play, but on the long pass to Watkins, Watt gets held around the throat in headlock fashion. It amazes me that the best and most visible player in the game gets mugged by no name OL and the league puts up with it. I guess they truly don't want anyone successfully playing defense.
