BOB isn't screwing around. He wants to kill with defense.

I just searched this guy to see who he is since I don't follow the draft as much as you guys. It was interesting to me that on the NFL.com draft profile that came up it lists for every prospect an NFL comparison. For Benardrick it lists Brian Cushing.

But we've also got a Savage offense !

I think offense is coming. ..Rashad Greene, Jesse James, Blake Bell, a RB (Zach Zenner) and maybe Ty Montgomery.

I'm not happy with the picks we gave up for a 2 down ILB, who can be schemed off the field by going to a spread. He is a thumper, but he is not good in pass coverage.

I feel you. That's why I have been advocating for the likes of Ben Heeney, Jake Ryan, and Bryce Hager. He is a guy who could be an OLB on 3rd down and he's versatile enough to play 3 downs....not to be used in Coverage.

The nfl.com draft analysis says he is able to turn and run with big TEs in pass coverage. So might be pretty good.

Not that I have seen all his games, but not from what I saw. He was good moving forward, not backwards.

I like him, but agree with you. He's another Brian Cushing. Now, Cushing wasn't himself last season, so we need that. However, we really need a Nickle-Linebacker who can cover the TE and make the Offense not want to check to a run play.

This is not Patrick Willis. I would have been on board for a Willis clone. This kid is just a thumper, a very good thumper against the run.

I think the question is who played on third down last year and is McKinney potentially better than he is.

Mitch Morse and Ronald Darby were "My Guys" but had them ranked much lower. Still, amazing that Eli Harold and Jalen Strong are available.

I'm amazed that Eli Harold, Eric Rowe, Jalen Strong, and Jake Fisher are still available.
