Default Kareem Jackson Injury and Future

Sprained MCL, out 2-3 weeks reportedly.

Kareem Jackson is going to be an interesting case study to see how the team will operate under O'Brien. Jackson is scheduled to be a free agent, and I've long thought Rick Smith would love to dump cash on him to keep him.

Giving big money to only decent starters is how to get into a salary cap mess though. And check out the way Rolle made an immediate impact in the Eagles game, kinda like how Morris, Bouye, and even Hal on rare occasion have done the same.

While keeping Kareem isn't the worst plan, I just can't envision a scenario in which he won't be overpaid this coming offseason.

I think Kareem is ok to keep, fairly consistent, reasonable tackler, team player, but sure, don't overpay.

just depends, I guess Bellicheck would let him go, test free agency, unless price is right.
