Re: Sam, if there is a head coach capable of managing distractions, I'd pick Jeff Fisher. He did an admirable job during the Oilers move to Tennessee, and in general, working for a publicity nightmare of an owner in Bud Adams.
Just don't ask his teams to score points or do anything other than lap the rest of the league when it comes to personal fouls.
