This stat alone is one you can point to though for a reason why the team could turnaround quickly next year even with all the holes they have. They've lost a lot of close games (until lately...) where even a +0 ratio could have a huge impact on final scores.

The other side of the turnover ledger needs to be addressed, too, obviously.

Antonio S. had a pretty good first half, we are going to miss him next year. Dang I just hope he doesn't end up in our division.

True, but last year defense had 29 turnovers, this year only 11.

But opponents have made a lot of points off Texans turnovers for sure.

The team's lack of defensive playmakers especially in the secondary is at least as big a problem as the quarterback situation.
