I love that he threw a pick to a DT on a 4 yard pass when it was 3rd and 13.

So that's how you put a team away. I've always wondered.

Now I hope it gets really ugly. Even Bob McNair has to notice kind of ugly.

I know right. I think I would have a heart attack if the Texans ever figured out how to put a team away.

C Wood brings the ensuing kickoff back to the Texan 14. Texans ball.

-------------------------

Yates in at QB.

Pitch to Tate goes for 2.

Tate rushes for about 14 but fumbles..... Niners get the ball and a late hit on D Brown, 1/2 the distance. Niners ball at the Texan 8.

And now classic Ben Tate. Good luck being a starter when you can't hold the ball.

Gore rushes for about 5. 2nd and goal from the 3.

Dixon goes for 1. 3rd and goal from the 2.

Rush is stopped short. Niners to go for the FG.

Delay of game on Niners backs it up 5.

Dawson's 24-yarder is good.

Niners 34, Texans 3

10:46 left in the game.

I love Tate immediately playing the injury card and looking at his hands on the bench like they function independent of him.

I feel sorry for the defense...they have not played as bad as the score indicates...how can you expect a team to still respect you as a coach after this...

Typical national TV embarrassment from Kubiak and the Texans. Be proud, Bob.

I am tired of people saying Shaub should still start because TJ Yates is not good enough to win a Super Bowl...neither is Shaub...the way he has played this season he looks like a third string bubble QB

I said I wouldn't panic if the Texans started 2-3 but I don't think they wanted those three losses to look like this.

Honestly, they've played two good halves - the second half in San Diego and the first half against Seattle. Otherwise, the Texans have been bad-to-terrible.

This team is going to have to get in gear to even catch a wild card berth but if they can get their swagger back, I think they can do it.

They have to find one quarterback, any one of them, who can limit mistakes and get the offense back on track.
