Won't affect us since our games with the Jags are both Thanksgiving or later.

That's some expensive tokin'.

Get the dude off the grass and get him in a Texans uni.

I mean, seriously. I wonder about this sort of thing whenever some idiot gets nabbed like this. I'm not a drug user at all but I happen to think criminalization is idiotic. Of course, no one cares what I think. You test positive, bad things happen, particularly in professional sports. Look, dude, you make tons of money. Your career will last ten years if you're lucky. Bust your ass for ten years and then smoke all the pot you want for the next 50. Hell, Willie Nelson turned 80 today and I bet he could smoke these chumps under the table of his tour bus.

Too bad the Seahawks or Broncos didn't draft Blackman. Actually that may give those 2 teams an edge in attracting a lot of players entering Free Agency ?

I'm sure almost any NFL player could qualify for "medicinal" marijuana. Surely, they can buy a doctor's prescription to say they "need" the drug for their pain. The whole thing is as big a con as handicap parking permits.

And it would still violate league rules and the player would be suspended.
