Hate to say it, but the Texans should seriously consider drafting a QB early next year or send a high pick to Washington for Cousins. Not saying they completely jettison Schaub, but he is what he is and it's time they get serious about finding his potential replacement.

Every little weakness we have has been exploited the last few weeks...Our offense is so simple that it toó has been scouted for all its weaknesses as well...

Unbelievable. What kind of call was that? A slow, wimpy QB sneak with ~1.5 yards to go? Not only are the players playing like crap, but Kubiak is coaching like crap!

That was the call of a coach that was not cofident in his players or scheme....and just as I finish typing that Kubiak takes a knee...running into the lockerroom with his head between his legs....

There is no way this will happen. This organization is anchored to Schaub and Kubiak for the next three years. In other words, we have several additional years of bitter disappointment and we'll get to watch them waste the best years of JJ Watt's career like they wasted Andre's.

Correct on Schaub and why i think it will be very unlikely that this team wins it all (although they should be good enough to make the playoffs most years). This is what i don't like (or even understand) about Kubiak. It seems as though his goal is just to be good enough and hope they catch a break.

And if you want to see the exact opposite of Kubiak, it's Harbaugh in SF. Benched a QB who had won a ton of games for him over the last year and a half. Presumably because even though he was good enough to win double digit games during the regular season, Harbaugh doesn't think he has what it takes to run the playoff gauntlet, which is the goal. So he made a change. Kubiak would never have made that move and will ride Schaub for the next 4 years as long as we are decent.
