Niners have a great front seven on defense which should test the first team offense. Their skill players don't scare me although I can see Crabtree winning some matchups.

Ought to be a good test.

Newton is getting the start at RT. I really want to see the progress of Brooks. Didn't we used to have a behemoth playing LT? Spencer, maybe?

Nice catch by K Martin. Good for about 22.

Foster for -1. 2nd and 11 coming up.

Foster for 2. 3rd and 9 coming up.

Pass to Crabtree gets about 4.

Gore plows for 14, 1st down.

Smith is sacked -1. Barwin and another.....

Pass to Moss good for 6 or 7.... 3rd and 5 coming up.

Pass to Ginn wide open goes all the way to the Texan 29.

Dump off over the middle gets 3.

Pass to V Davis is dropped. Brings up 3rd and 7.

Smith sacked by about 4 Texans... Niners to go for the 50-yard FG.

Akers FG is good.
