Anyone else concerned that we will have a rookie OLT and a second year OLG playing on the same side (AND a new OC!), against one of the best defenses in the NFL? Yikes, don't we have enough troubles at RB without this? This game could be harder than it should be, and that was hard enough. I am now not too optimistic about this first game, if I ever was.
I'm concerned about our rookie letf tackle, I hope that he doesn't get confused by the 3-4 defense but if I'm not mitaken Pitts is the left guard.
I would be willing to bet that they will have a tight end on the left side for much of the game, and when they dont they will probably have a fullback in the game shadowing brown to help him out.
yeah, he is starting. he has looked much better than i expected, or anyone else i think. of course, he hasnt seen a full set of defensive schemes yet, so we will see how he handles that this week.
