My favorite part of this article was when he said that he needs players that can play in the SYSTEM. That is what we have always lacked; a system. If players are aware of what you are trying to do, at least they can attempt it...I feel like no one knew exactly what they were expected to do on defense except "get out there and stick with your man".

I really hope these guys implement a true system...
