not debating change or don't change coaches, however, if this next year is a lockout of players, it will for sure be a problem to change coaches.

likely overall changing coaches in a normal year is also causing an upset, indendent of who he is, always exceptions as you mentioned to the majority of situations.

I guess team is too young overall, too many players not being consistent is problemo for this year, and playing some good teams, and injuries, and suspensions, all part of the losses. will another year help, I don't know.

In this games we outgained Ravens 489 yards to 253 yards, more first downs 28 to 19, barely led time of possession, so, in no way were Texans dominated. Defense did pretty good and got sacks as well. field position and penalties and turnovers is what led to Ravens points, mostly execution things.
