Apparently Andrew Luck had another impressive performance over the weekend as he outplayed Wasington QB Jake Locker and Luck has no bigger fan than his coach at Stanford, which leads me to think that Harbaugh has a plan: get Luck to declare for the NFL Draft and come out early next year and then use the #1 pick on his Stanford QB he's going to have as the new HC of the Buffalo Bills.
