Default Next "Test"....Farve

Moving on.......
In reading PFT, it appears as if Mr. Farve will grace the Vikings with a first half appearance.
From PFT:
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...ry/rumor-mill/

"Two weeks to the day after a chance (eye roll) phone call from Vikings coach Brad Childress prompted a man who likely agonizes over the choice between Coke and Pepsi to get on a plane to Minnesota the next morning, sign a contract upon his arrival, practice with the team as the ink dried, and (as we hear it) move that night into the house where he'll live through the end of the season, Brett Favre will play a full half of football.

Favre will get two quarters of work in the third preseason game, a contest at Houston that will be televised by ESPN."

We should see Barber back there....sure would be nice to see Dunta get some work against these guys too.

I'm sure Dunta couldn't care less.

Wonder what our defense is practicing this week? maybe tackling, maybe watching where the ball is, maybe protecting against the run, maybe...and it will still be preseason and not everyone healthy yet, but hopefully more positive.

If we play the way we did Saturday. Adrian will have 200 yards in the first quarter and will be sat for the remainder of the game. Now there's a real running back (in relation to my recent comment about Mike Bell).

Please not another dismantling. I wouldn't be able to take it again.

BTW I heard some things that Cush would be working out towards the end of the week but most likely not playing Monday. Is this true?

Farve is the least of our worries next week. I would be more worried about Peterson after waht Bell did to us.

Makes me wonder if BFPN (the Brett Favre Programming Network) planned Favre's return all along. Now, a ho-hum game will draw huge ratings. It will be interesting to see which game gets better numbers - Cutler's return to Denver or Favre's return to the NFC Central.

Check out the video by Winston.

Says he's gonna try to do a video after every game this year. Speaks about the New Orleans game and the upcoming Minnesota game...

Oh, that Winston! I was having flashbacks to a poster by that name at HPF. Wonder what happened to him?

My guess is that he's taken leave to work full time on getting the team to rename themselves the Houston Stealth and play more hip-hop and less country music during games.

~~~We may NEVER KNOW, POWERHOUSE Houston! ~~~
...and no, I was not the famed Winston poster. Sadly.
Huffington Post listed someone under his name contributing to the Obama campaign last year and living east of Houston. The man, the myth... he lives!?!
The defense certainly qualifies for "stealth"...
Yep, I feel sorry for Minnesota, our defense will be all over em this next game and they won't even know where the next tackle is coming from. I wonder who will be starting for our defense this week?
