Meanwhile, free safety Troy Nolan became the second Texans draft choice to sign a contract, agreeing to a four-year deal that included a signing bonus of $58,260. Nolan, the seventh-round pick, played at Arizona State. On Monday, cornerback Brice McCain, the sixth-round pick, became the first draft choice to sign.
