Roy P. was identifying draft sleepers and then finding the names of those sleepers had begun circulating all throughout cyberspace so they weren't sleepers anymore. He wanted Grigsby so badly that he decided to nickname him Captain America as a secret identity to try to supress discussion of him at other sites.

Can't say whether it worked or not but it became something of a minor legend at the old HPF board. Heck, it was spring and we were bored and easily amused.
