I think it has to. Maybe Caldwell is all that and a bag of chips. Who knows. IMO opinion Dungy was a "special" person and I think the Colts have to suffer from that.
Also, Schwartz leaving the Titans should weaken them. Just let DelRio be Delrio and that should weaken the Jags.
