I think it's a mistake to leave Gartrell Johnson, a hard-running 225 pounder,
out of the mix of potential backs to be Slatons backfield partner in Houston.
He had a very, very productive bowl game (285 rushing yards !), last month to cap his college career at Colorado State, which is of course Kubiaks favorite college for finding NFL talent.
Johnson is in Houston this week for the E-W game so Kubiak and staff should get a good look-see at him.
John McClain is thinking the same thing. Since he played with Klint and Klay, we should go ahead and pencil him in.
