Heard Wade Phillips on 610 today, and he's seems very comfortable with the proposition of Sam playing SAM - he says his backers in the 3-4 over the TE have to get out in the flat now and then in pass coverage, but nothing too elaborate. In other words Wade pretty much dismissed all the fuss from some Texans' watchers about the LSU third rounders ability to play LB, so if Wade's cool with it so am I.
They say they are going to put up on podcast the interview, check it out, I found it informative and entertaining.
