The difference here is that Dom's specialty, defense, was just as bad as the offense. Kubiak's offense has shown it can move the ball and is dangerous. That's why I think Kubiak gets another year if he makes changes with the defensive staff. He's in charge so he's responsible for it all, but we all know that Kubiak has a much more hands on approach with the offense. I think that is the ultimatum presented to Kubiak come seasons end...if it hasn't been already.
