Moving ahead, the 5-8 Texans will travel to Nashville this Sunday to take on the 5-8 Tennessee Titans. The Titans have the benefit of extra rest coming off a Thursday night game while the Texans have less than usual rest coming off a Monday night game. It is the second and final meeting in 2010 between the two as the Texans won the first game 20-0. Banged up from the Monday night game, David Anderson, Mike Brisiel and Mario Williams may or may not be available to play for the Texans. The Titans currently sport a 6 game losing streak.
TV = CBS (Channel 11 local) 12 noon, Sunday Announcers = Kevin Harlan, Solomon Wilcots Opening line = Titans by 1 Current line = Pickem to Titans by 1.5 Set your DVR's. |

I haven't set my DVR on this crappy team since Week 5. The only game I'd care to go back and watch again is the first game of the season. Pathetic. I hope Bob McNair is happy with his POS product.

Ya, it's a lot more enjoyable to rewatch when they win. I set my DVR every week anyway even though the last couple of months, I've only gone back to look up a handful of plays....

I will probably set my DVR for this one for the simple fact that I want the Texans to beat Bud's team. I can always erase it later.
If the dadgum defense will play for 4 quarters the way they played in the 4th quarter Monday night, we won't get behind by 21 points coming out of the shute. It really gripes that we have one of the better offenses in the NFL and the absolute worst defense. Do the secondary players even get coached? KJ's feet look like a ducks on land the way he tries to backpedal. Jeeeez!

Still hoping for a win. Somehow over the Titans. Put the Titans in the cellar.
Wonder how AJ will have fun with Titans DB's , especially Finnegan this game, although AJ's ankle looked pretty sore end of last game? I'm guessing a camera will be following them very closely. Looks like Texans signed DT DeMario Pressley, 6'3", 301 lbs. previously with N.O and WR Derrick Townsel, 5'9" , 175 Lb speedster previously a rookie with Jacksonville, a speedster and kick returner in collece, N.C. State, to the active roster to replace guys going to IR. See if they even get on active list, depends on injuries status. Oh yeah, I predict Texans win 21-20. I've only been wrong on score and winner about eight times this year. |
