Plus under the unofficial draft pick slotting system you should be able to sign #33 for a lot less than you could #32. The difference between #32 and #33 is much greater than the difference between #31 and #32. For example, from last year:

31. Arizona - RB Chris Wells, Ohio State - 5 years, $11.8M max.; $6.345M guaranteed
32. Pittsburgh - DE Ziggy Hood, Missouri - 5 years, $11.3M max.; $6.1M guaranteed
****Round 2****
33. Detroit - S Louis Delmas, Western Michigan - 4 years, $5.699M; $3.5M guaranteed

That's not as big of a deal in this uncapped year, but it could be down the road.

Of course, all of this is meaningless if you're at #33 and the team at #32 is headed up to the commissioner with the name of the guy you really want written on their card.
