Wow. This is what happens when you start letting up. Two relief defensive lineman jumpin early. Did we think they would give up.

Now lets move down the field and score 7

seems Alex Smith at QB has a snap count that got our DL three times. Come on defense.

A new QB cadence got us. I don't think we "let up" because we had a lead. Bringing in Alex Smith means that Singletary realized he had to start throwing the ball. It's not like we've been great against the pass.

AD brings the kickoff back to about the 18.

Pass to KW good for about 6.

Slaton for about 8 and the 1st down.

Dump to Slaton for no gain. 2nd and 10.

Schaub pressured and chunks it out of bounds. 3rd and 10 coming up.

Pass to DA good for 8 but short of the 1st down so Texans to punt.

Niners fair catch at their 11.

Hmm...now that we have a lead, it looks like there are some running lanes starting to open up.

This is getting crazy now. Defense we need a turnover, to take the life out.

Gore for 3. 2nd and 7.

Gore for 1. 3rd and 6.

Delay of game on Niners. 3rd and 11.

Short pass to V Davis comes up short so Niners to punt.

JJ brings the punt back to the Texan 42 but flag on the play. Holding on Niners is declined. Texans ball at the 42.

Another 3 TE set that produces good results. This time a run outside.

Schaub tucks and runs for about 2. 2nd and 8.

Slaton runs to near a 1st down.... about a foot short. 3rd and 1 coming up.

Schaub sneaks and gets the 1st down with 2nd effort. Ball at the Niner 36.

Slaton for 4 tough yards. Refs signal fumble at the end of the play. Niners ball.

Lucky break for our Secondary that Morgan was moving forward for a flag negating Crabtree's reception. Alex Smith to Vernon Davis. Cushing with the tackle. Bulman's down with an injury.

It is about time that we show that we can play a full game of football. Why can't we just close a game out.

On 3rd and 6, pass to Crabtree picks up 6 and a 1st down.

Gore for about 2 or 3. Ball at the Texan 31.

A Smith bats down the pass. 3rd and 6 coming up.

Timeout Niners.

Alex Smith makes the 49ers a passing team. Funny how he's looking so much better than Shaun Hill.

This game is looking strikingly similar to our game against the cardinals. Except we are the Cardinals now. So that must mean its time for pick 6. Lol
