I like want I'm reading so far -- from his bio on the Bills' official site:

Continues to stress ball pursuit and a penetrating pass-rushing style for the Bills’ defensive line...

Kollar will also have the title of assistant head coach.

No clear Denver connection, but he was the DL/ST coach at Purdue in 1988-89. Rick Smith (and Jeff Zgonina) played for the Boilermakers during that time.
