You can "thank" Jerome Solomon at the Chronicle for placing that on the main page of the sports section. I emailed him yesterday morning, after reading Stephanie's blog and he said it was "shameful" for the way the Chron. just brushed it aside. Moments later, he emailed me that it was up and that this week he'd write a blog/column entry about Thomas.
Thomas...RIP.
