Default Opening Line [Texans vs. Bengals 10/26/08]

According to the World Sports Exchange, the Texans have opened as a 10 point favorite over the Bungles.

WOW! Oddsmakers are alot more impressed than I am.

The Bengals plan on sitting Palmer until after the bye week.

OK now this would be the same QB named Fitzpatrick who did the very successful John Elway impersonation when he was with the Rams a few years ago and beat us ? Right ?

10 pts. - Man, I wouldn't touch this one except maybe to bet the Bengals..... History is against the Texans having never defeated the Bengals.... I could see the Texan offense going nuts but only if they don't shoot themselves in the foot...

Just two takeaways for the Texan defense in the last 4 games. Got to do better than that... Perhaps this is the game they start working on improving the turnover ratio.. then again, maybe not...

It's time for the defense to step it up and start making a few plays - game changing plays... A big INT, a sack at a critical time, forced fumble and recovery..... After 6 games, the defense has been so "quiet" this year...

I did see some of their game vs the Steelers and FWIW looks like their new back Cedric Benson is running very hard as he knocked alleged bad-azz
Troy Polamalu out of the game for a few plays. Reminded me of the season-ending hit he put on Texans safety Glenn Earl in a preseason game a year or 2ago.
