22: R1P22 OT JACK CONKLIN MICHIGAN ST.
52: R2P21 C RYAN KELLY ALABAMA
77: R3P14 WR STERLING SHEPARD OKLAHOMA
128: R4P30 DT JAVON HARGRAVE SOUTH CAROLINA ST.
159: R5P20 CB MAURICE CANADY VIRGINIA
195: R6P20 TE BEAU SANDLAND MONTANA ST.
205: R6P30 S K.J. DILLON WEST VIRGINIA

I declined a trade down opportunity to stay at #22 and select Conklin. Then was pleasantly surprised to see Kelly still available @ #52, so once again declined a trade down. I had expected to take the best WR available at #52 and got nervous that Sterling Shepard would not make it down to me, so I decided he was worth moving up for. Hargrove is one of the best NT prospects in this class in my opinion and I was very happy with my first 4 picks. I looked at Canady, Brandon Williams, Jonathan Jones and Anthony Brown as a CB and Tyvis Powell and KJ Dillon at S at #159. Having missed out on Vannett, Hooper, Henry, and Adams at TE, I grabbed Sandland and hope he develops.
