I think keeping Hoyer is a good strategy. We could do far worse at backup QB and it's not like he's all that expensive. I think he'd be good for Os to have around. If they don't feel Savage has a future, then by all means draft a guy like Adams, Hogan or Driskell, etc. late in the draft. I'd rather a have Hoyer and a rookie prospect than hang onto Savage who has zero experience to help out and likely has no starting future.
