Might be a little premature, but I saw enough good things from Savage to say he can (at least) be the future #2. For example, one of Hoyer/Mallett can be dropped next year and the Texan can go back to carrying just two QB's with maybe a project on the PS. Just keep the Hoyer/Mallett "survivor" of 2015 plus Savage for next year....

Mallett wasn't able to get on the scoreboard but 10/11 passing makes for a good argument against his "inconsistencies". The 7 runs on the goalline with no success was a bit of a headscratcher.... I dunno, maybe after about the 5th attempt, fake the run and throw a short pass next time?

A lot of very good prospects among the new guys but many are going to be cut because there just isn't any room for them....
