If the opinion of O'Brien is that the difference between a Manziel or a Bridgewater vs McCarron or Garoppolo is a B vs a B-, then I say draft a top position guy like Clowney or maybe Auburn OT Greg Robinson (whoever they rate the highest) with your 1.1 and get your QB with your 2.1. But if they rate the top QB as an "A" prospect, then by all means use the 1.1 on him.
