I'm not sure the Texans needs and the Cowboys needs match well at all so that can explain some of it. Secondly, just because their are 32 #1 draft choices doesn't mean 32 guys deserve a first-round grade. If you draft late in the first round, you are probably getting a second-round talent or a guy many other teams will rate as a second-round talent.
Sometimes, I really miss Bucshbaum.
