The biggest question has to be rb position and where any of them can step and show they are good enough to be the starter. My moneys on Slaton being the starter by the 3rd game.

So far there's 8 different ones (although a couple are similar)

With that many questions, are our Texans as good as we think they are?

Which part of the team is so solid that we don't need to worry about it?

Where will we be picking in next springs draft?

My biggest question is can we get out of the basement of the AFC South?

A year ago today we were looking at a season opener with D-Rob in our defensive backfield and today we're without him. And offensively we didn't have the same concerns about AJ, Green, & Schaub in terms of their durability. And until we have a couple real look-sees at Duane Brown in "real
games", we dunno if we've got an upgrade at LT ?
So I'm really not ready to concede we are starting a stronger team in '08 than in '07, but I'm confidant we've got a more challenging schedule.

I am sorry to say that I am not so optimistic as that. OL is unproven; Shaub has not looked sharp (so far); the running game is abysmal. Again WR is pretty solid.

Our biggest "glaring" weakness right now is the DB play. By the time that we get it figued out, Robinson should be back and then they get to learn how to play together all over again.

LT is either going to be non-issue or a big huge gaping sinkhole. Brown has looked ok against everyones second team and the starters going half speed. Let's hope that translates into confidence during the season.

My personal biggest concern is running back. I have a very strong intuition that we will see a rookie leading the team in yardage this year. My fear is that it will only be about 700 yrds or so and Kubiak will still be refusing to pass first/run second.

Schaub: 33 for 48, 382yds, 3TD

Also, our offense ranked 6th in yds/attempt this preseason (the same as they ranked last season.)

There's no reason to be concerned with our offense.

Except this week against the Steelers. I'm concerned.

I think the concern is the defense. We need to stop teams on third downs.

We can score points, but I am concerned we won't be able to stop being scored on.
