My favorite returner is Brandon Boykin CB/PR/KR from Georgia. He is only 5'9" 182 lbs. He does have a nose for the ball and is tough with football smarts.
I also like Isaiah Pead, RB/KR Cincinnati, he is mention in Nconroe post above. Boykin is a 2nd rounder and Pead is a late 2nd or early 3rd rounder. IMO.
